VM Motori, founded in 1947 and 100% acquired by Fiat Group, is specializes in the design and production of advanced technological diesel engines for various applications. Thanks to its technical characteristics, the company has been chosen by major worldwide vehicle manufacturers such as Fiat, Chrysler, Ford, and General Motors. In 2011 VM expanded its production range to include elite SUVs and luxury touring cars, such as the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the new Lancia Thema.
The predominantly public company was founded in November 2002 through the merging of the two public transport companies in the Province of Trento, Trento - Atesina and Malé Railway. Since January 1, 2009, Trentino Trasporti S.p.A. has been leasing its two lines of business respectively dealing with the management of public road transport in the Province of Trento and with the transportation on the railway Trento-Malé-Marilleva to Trentino Trasporti Esercizio S.p.A..
Set up in 1999 from the restructuring and reorganization of "Officine AMATI & C", Officina 2000 operates throughout the national territory as a partner in the technical management and maintenance activities for vehicles and fleets. Officina 2000 is the largest Daily Centre in Europe with a plant of 30,000 square metres of which 5,000 are covered and a staff of over 140 skilled technicians for each operating area.
GESAC is the handling company of the Naples International Airport, the second largest airport in southern Italy, and the Regional Airport of Salerno Costa d'Amalfi. GESAC was one of the first Italian airport management companies to have signed, in November 2009, the Program Contract with ENAC, which includes the new price list.
