Case Officina2000Set up in 1999 from the restructuring and reorganization of "Officine AMATI & C", Officina 2000 operates throughout the national territory as a partner in the technical management and maintenance activities for vehicles and fleets. Officina 2000 is the largest Daily Centre in Europe with a plant of 30,000 square metres of which 5,000 are covered and a staff of over 140 skilled technicians for each operating area.


The project

Through InfoPMS®, Officina 2000 manages the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and is in charge of the various workshops for occasional vehicles and/or vehicles in Full Service. In the latter case, the customer (the person responsible for the workshop), has even a private access to the software that allows him to view information about their vehicles, to issue their work requests in real time and to monitor the progress of the work.

InfoPMS® follows the entire maintenance process step by step, from the vehicle acceptance, to the preparation of the estimate, the approval of the jobs to do and consequent opening of the project, up to the closing processing and billing of services, which is delegated to the administration.

Departments involved

Since 2009 within Officina 2000 InfoPMS® has handled the maintenance of workshops in Nettuno, Rome and Bologna with centralized control of information.
