Decision Support Framework - DSF PDF Stampa E-mail
InfoSHIP DSF is the InfoSHIP® module for operational reporting.

InfoSHIP DSF is an answer to internal needs of growth in the functional coverage of the system but also, and mainly, a solution that meets the demands of the market in terms of data analysis and decision support.
The tool operates directly on the data managed by the other InfoSHIP® modules, providing a graphic representation, immediate and dynamic of the information managed on a daily basis by the operators. The module, easy to use, allows to intuitively analyze all data managed by InfoSHIP® or even possibly from other sources.

It is structured into a set of 'Dashboards' that analyze technical data, economic and / or managerial, covering particular subjects such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders and cost control or, more specifically in the field of technical and maintenance environment, work orders, to final analysis of performance and process management (KPI).

InfoSHIP DSF, which belongs to the Decision Support Systems family, is a tool completely designed and built for the management of a shipping company.

For each one of the analyzed subjects the meaningful data are selected and graphics are created for immediate display and easy access of the user. For each one of the variables listed inside graphs and views you can select and / or change the parameters (Year, Ship, Department, Type, Causes, ...) with the resulting real-time update of the dashboard.

The filters are at the user disposal for a truly dynamic interaction of the data represented. The report can then be exported directly from the module in an excel spreadsheet for further processing or printing.

The goal is allegedly to provide a tool, interactive and multidimensional, in support of decisions.

The data are displayed graphically and numerically, to ensure better visibility and access to information and, from there, to allow a more flexible and dynamic navigation within the system.

Different users may have different dashboards to work on. The dashboards are real snapshots which moreover can be used in stand-alone for purposes of presenting results in off-line mode (eg, during board meetings).
