ISO 9001 certificate was awarded for the first time in 1998 (revision 96); then it was adapted to Vision 2000 in 2003, and to the 2008 revision in 2009.
As for the environment (ISO 14001 certificate) our organization supports its regulations since 2004. By focusing the attention on the collection and disposal of wastes, and optimizing water, power, paper and fuel consumption, this certificate was upgraded to Vision 2005.
Still in 2004, it was ascertained that our facilities in Rapallo matched with SA 8000 standard certifying the socio-ethical responsibility.
This important result proves the IB's constant commitment towards the improvement of its products' and services' quality. Reduction of the environmental impact, improvement of the working conditions and the respect for the health and safety of workers were also top importance elements.

Our all round quality is destined to both our clients and our staff. In particular the social responsibility certification SA 8000 confirms the attention always paid by IB to the respect and the wellbeing of its employees. According to 2008 data there are 1695 companies in the world to which a SA8000 certificate has been granted. 795 are Italian and only 23 deal with the IT. IB boasts to be one of them. In a more and more demanding market competitive services and products can be granted only by a company whose employees are rewarded by both their work and their work context.
The professional growth of the employees is the basis for the growth of companies, and on such growth the one of the Country is based. Thus it is mandatory to invest in the professional culture of people and in the endless activity of R&D for products and services.
