A cultural and operational development process has been taking place in the last few years, in the property sector; the purpose is to line up the many aspects of the real estate assets management to the industrial plants. For the real estate business as well as for the plants it is becoming increasingly more strategic to be able to run efficiently and effectively the real estate assets as the equipment, to optimize the technical-maintenance costs, safeguarding their economic value for their technical-maintenance knowhow. The count activity uses the methods prepared by IB on an ad hoc basis, and uses the Intelligent Map® tool, capable of automatically detecting the architectonic and plant-engineering elements of the cad plans;
