InfoPMS® is the management software platform devised and implemented directly by IB.
It is:

Modifiable interface (layout, menu, access to the procedures, personalized fields, indicators, reports, etc.) for each individual user, or for a group of users, but also according to the task and/or activity typology. It allows to create an extremely refined profile of the users, under any operative aspect;
• modular and scalable: even in its simplicity, it is a complete programme. Thanks to the analyticity of the information which can be filed, it can produce reports and KPIs, which are vital to monitor the performances

InfoPMS® is the EAMS (Enterprise Asset Management & Service), fully satisfies the needs generated by the implementation of a systemic and organic Management Model, for both the in-house maintenance management, and for the service solutions.
Extreme flexibility and configurability must be the characteristics of the informative systems supporting the management. In fact they must adhere 100% to the processes, and favour the diffusion of the information/training at all company levels. They also have to be a check and measurement tool of the implementation of the processes, and support the management in the decisional activities. With regards to this, InfoPMS®:

• Runs all the operational processes of the asset management, capitalizes the information, and puts the company's know-how to good use.
• Helps the maintenance engineering with specific analysis and simulation tools, providing an essential support at the decision stage;
• Spreads in the organization the methods, the processes and the procedures (Best Practices), measuring their effectiveness.
• Makes good use of the data extracted from the "on condition" diagnostics and maintenance systems (Condition Based Maintenance), to perfect the efficacy and the efficiency of the maintenance policies;
• Favours the technical economic analysis of the activities, through specific management tools of cost & performance control (budget - final balance variations, stocks' analysis, etc.);
• Allows the analytical economical check of the third parties contracts (either global service, full service, open contracts, spot contracts, etc.) in respect of the service level and quality agreement;
• Uses different tools for the data acquisition, meeting specific needs of the company (industrial PDAs, touch screen kiosks, digital pens, badges and barcodes scanners, etc.);
• Allows the monitoring of the life cycle of the assets, defining any possible improvements to bring during the planning phase, and to check the life cycle cost of each element/equipment.
