CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) is the core of the global improvement project of a company: the organizational processes are covered exhaustively. InfoPMS® is highly performing and extremely flexible system; its modular structure is customizable for the needs of the companies with a solutions package expandable with the most advanced technologies, and all the systems of the last generation means. Even very simple it is a complete programme as thanks to the analicity of the information which can be stored and the broadness of the database which can contain them reports and vital KPIs can be produced for the performance monitoring. The same applies to the indicators required by the Uni EN Standard 11134, "Maintenance Ratios for the group transportation field".
It is vertical, including specific modules for the maintenance of the Fleet Management, such as the administration of the Life Cycle Cost (LCC), for the purchased means of transport, according to the guidelines of the Asstra specification, the integration with the on-board diagnostic (AVM, Can-bus), the update on the travelling times, and of the fuel, through the integration with automatic systems for the fuel supply, the accidents administration management, the management of the spare-part dealers, etc... InfoPMS® support covers all the crucial activities of the Fleet Management:
- Maintenance: a maintenance plan can be set to manage a programmed or inspective maintenance schedule, to issue the intervention requests, and log in the job orders. The kilometric distances and the consumptions can be updated and very comprehensive maintenance researches can be carried out.
- Spare parts warehouse and logistic: management of such warehouse and of the logistic of a transport and fleets managements company;
- Management control: in order to monitor the economic course of the maintenance expenses a subset of the company analytical accountancy can be managed through budgets and maintenance economic estimations;
- Procurement management: from the issue of the Purchase Request of material, or services, until the actual material receipt, and the execution of the service for the purchases by a transport and fleets management company;
- Processing: management of the third party companies for maintenance activities by or on behalf of the company. From the definition of a basic services price-list, (which can be a lump sum, by measure, or per days of work), the whole tender process for the supplying firm can be managed up to a frame agreement, the management of the single manufactures, and the relevant works progresses;
- Casualties: technical and legal administration management of casualties, either passive or active;
- Contracts: management of the sale on behalf of the manufacturing company, or of the processing of the maintenance activities for third parties from the definition of the general conditions to sell performances and materials. InfoPMS® allows to issue the estimates of the activities, to manage the balances until the issue of the proforma invoice exported in the company's accountancy procedure;
- Work Loads: planning and organization of the in-house maintenance department manpower;
- Documental management: possibility of direct access to the technical documentation by filing external documents and files linking to the various database of InfoPMS®;
- Quality and Safety Management: having at the ready the total traceability of the documents, including the certificates and the executed performances (risk management, audit, and inspections of the safety equipment);
- Maintenance Intelligence: monitoring of the general efficacy and efficiency indicators of the company, in the shape of reports, graphics, management dashboards and analysis.
