IB S.r.l. acts as partner with companies, which intend to pursue a continuous improvement path, by providing the tools (organizational, methodology and technology) to support the increase in efficiency of managerial and operational structures.

Improvement paths proposed by IB are based on the evaluation of all the elements involved and are aimed at creating the permanent conditions for driving events. This means a shift from a situation in which events are suffered (breakdowns, faults, unexpected costs and in general, non-cost-effective issues) to one in which all the elements are kept under control.

Areas that together may contribute to the improvement are Organization, Human Resources, Methodologies and not lastly Software Systems, which provide traceability and objectivity of input and results. Each of these elements is associated to a specific activity (consulting, training, engineering and technology support) by which IB aids its clients in their growth process.

IB's Interventions are based on a Systematic approach.
Our aim is to develop, together with the Client, a new way of working based on the organization of clear and well-defined roles, and with timely and objective results: fundamental conditions for successfully implementing efficiency improvement strategies.

This is achieved by applying the basic principles of the new business concept, rationalising the need for change (defining aspects in a project plan), and establishing the appropriate interventions required to reach goals.
Our vision is that improvement projects should be dynamic and undergo regular processes of optimization; done by reiterating actions according to PDCA scheme (Plan, Do, Check, Act).

PROJECT STEPS

Assessment (AS-IS): global analysis of the situation. Survey of existing processes and operating procedures

GAP Analysis: according to benchmarks and customer needs

Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): revision of Processes, Policies and Procedures. Workflow definition

Project Deployment (TO-BE): standard processes and features implementation. Simultaneous implementation of improvement solutions, according to the Project Plan and its schedule (priorities, time, costs, ...).

System Control (KPI): control of what has been done and its impact on organization in technical, economic and procedural terms. Creation of Key Performance Indicators aimed to a cyclical and objective feedbacks monitoring.
