Boffetti selects InfoFACILITY for Intesa San Paolo bank
Boffetti, which has been operating since 1982 in the generation, transmission, distribution of electricity, was equipped with InfoFACILITY® to manage the maintenance of electrical systems, elevators and fire protection in more than 600 bank branches of the Intesa San Paolo Group.
The company located in Bergamo aspired to have a real technical and economic control of the order and to have all the necessary tools to monitor and schedule any activity in compliance with its maintenance targets, with rules in force and in accordance with customer needs. IB has supplied Boffetti with software systems able to achieve the optimal management of operating costs, of internal human and technical resources and of work planning.
In particular, thanks to the module InfoFACILITY® MOBILE, Boffetti technicians are always available and can receive requests for service in real time, take them on, record the maintenance activity and also indicate the spare parts used using mobile devices.
In addition, the new feature introduced in the application enables to locate the closest technician to the branch from where the request for assistance has been issued, through a geo-referenced map (Open Street View), making the action of Boffetti more effective and operational.
