IB won the supply of software at Brotzu Hospital
In July IB won the tender for the supply of software InfoHEALTH® at the Brotzu Regional Hospital in Cagliari.
The first requirement of the client was the integration with the Regional Integrated Health System (SISAR) in order to obtain a more focused and scalable version of the system for the electromedical equipment,
which allow, in progress, to standardize the three structures of Clinical Engineering, Technical Office and Information Systems with a single software tool.
One of the most popular integration results has been the real alignment of assets with the inventory.
The project started in February 2010 after an meeting held in Sardinia and organized with SIAIS (Italian Society for Healthcare Engineering and Architecture), with the aim of boost Maintenance management software in hospital.
The Hospital AO Brotzu consists of a modern block, which has about 600 beds, divided over 14 floors, including 2 basements and a separate building that houses the new surgeries.
It was designed as a highly specialized center, capable of providing citizens with excellent support, especially in Sardinian specialties, such as those relating to heart disease and organ transplants.
